The flexible travel idea! We book the rental car and give to the clients the amount of open-vouchers for the overnights in the hotels. The rest is up to the client and he plans his own routing and choose the hotels he wants and how long he is going to stay at each hotel, out of our list we gave him.

How does it work?
The minimum stay is 5 days / 4 nights, maximum stay is unlimited. The Flexi-Drive always starts in Cancun or in Playa del Carmen. The end of the Flexi-Drive (on request) can be at any rental station of EUROPCAR (please check additional drop-off fees). The client has to decide how long he wants to travel with the Flexi-Drive and which car category he prefers. Let’s assume that he wants to take 8 days / 7 nights and car category C. Now you book 8 days / 7 nights with mentioned car category and tell us where pick-up and drop-off will be. We are going to confirm the reservation and send you the invoice and the vouchers (8 days Rental car and 7 open-vouchers for the hotels). Together with the info kit we hand out to the client, he will be able to organize his self drive tour on his own.
Hand over documents / pre-nights
The info kit will be deposited at X Hotel (depending where client books his pre-night(s)) in Playa del Carmen, Cancun or Mexico City. Therefore it is important that the pre-night(s) are booked in those areas, otherwise it won’t be possible to hand out the info kit. In addition, the pick-up of the rental car has to be in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Mexico City.
For whom is the program?
Travellers who wish to travel individually and flexible. Client does not have to speak Spanish, however knowing some basic words would help.
Conditions
The amount of nights the client wants to spent has to be fix. Pre-night (not included) must be in Cancun or Playa del Carmen (hand over info kit). The client himself is responsible for the reservations at each Hotel. There is no refund for vouchers which were not used (hotels and rental car).
